PERMANENT REINSTATEMENTS/LINEMARKING/ ROAD MAINTENANCE/CRACK SEALING

There are several asphalt patching techniques that may be used for filling cracks, pothole repairs in roads, permanent reinstatements, parking lots, playgrounds, tennis courts, etc. When done the right way, patching helps prevent further deterioration and avoids huge repair expenses. Materials used may range from hot mix asphalt, to asphalt emulsion mixes and proprietary patching mixes with special blends. At Tradetech Services Australia, we will determine the patching and line marking regulations required by respective council’s and municipalities to ensure all standards are met with the highest quality.

FOOTPATHS/CROSSOVERS

The process of building or repairing the crossover is not that much different from a standard driveway. The main differences are that the crossover will have a downward slope leading to the street. A good driveway crossover must also allow room for water to enter the drains below the kerbs – so water doesn’t pool up.

Tactile Plates

Tactile Plates (also know as detectable warning plates) are a system of textured ground surface indicators found on sidewalks, stairs and platforms to assist people who are visually impaired, effectively navigate the surrounding environment.

COLOURED CONCRETE/EXPOSED AGGREGATE

Coloured concrete/exposed aggregate can be used by itself or can be combined with aggregates to accomplish a driveway, carpark, footpath, sporting court or a unique polished concrete internal floor for your commercial project. Coloured concrete can be finished in many ways to create the look that will compliment your commercial/industrial project.

SWITCHBOARD FOOTINGS/SUB-STATION KIOSK SLABS/LIGHT POLE FOOTINGS

Switchboard footings, sub-station footings and light pole footings have specific and stringent regulations that must be adhered to as they are support systems for important assets. At Tradetech Services Australia, we are VESI (Victorian Electrical Supply Industry) accredited, which means we have all the required qualifications, certificates and industry experience to ensure that all concrete footings and foundations that we prepare and provide for your project are safe, sound and secure.
